Privacy policy

North Interiors website (northinteriors.com.au). Draft for Bryden to confirm before the site goes live.

Who we are

North Interiors is an interior design studio in Brisbane, run by Bryden North. This page explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what happens to it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the Start a project form, we collect what you choose to give us:

• your name, email address and phone number (all required, so Bryden can call you back)
• the suburb of your project, the kind of project, where it is up to, when you would like to start and a rough budget for the interiors
• a few lines about the project and how you heard about North Interiors

When you visit the site, we also collect limited technical information:

• visit statistics from a privacy-focused analytics tool hosted in Australia. It does not use cookies and does not identify you
• standard server and security logs, which record your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These keep the site secure and working

Why we use it

• to reply to your enquiry
• to understand how the site is used, so it can be improved
• to keep the site secure

We do not sell your details or use them for marketing you have not asked for.

Where it goes and how long it is kept

Enquiries are stored on the site’s server in Sydney and emailed to Bryden. They are kept for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows, then deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you have sent us at any time. Email hello@northinteriors.com.au.
