Kin House
Gold CoastThe brief
A modest beach shack on the Gold Coast, renovated into a warm, light-filled home with a mid-century modern feel. The old rooms were closed in and dark.
What I did
A new open kitchen, living and dining space now sits under a raked ceiling, with north-facing highlight windows bringing the sun deep into the house. I designed and styled the interiors with Walton Architecture and Neate Building.
